Carrot payasa recipe — ಕ್ಯಾರೆಟ್ ಪಾಯಸ ಮಾಡುವ ವಿಧಾನ

Carrot ಗಜ್ಜರಿ is most widely used vegetable which consists of vitamin – A , which is good for eyes and also high amount of anti oxidants which helps to fight against heart diseases.. This payasa is very healthy and nutritious, easy to prepare as well, for kiddos and guests, specially..!!💐💐

Ingredients ::
Carrot ಗಜ್ಜರಿ — 4 to 5, washed ,peeled and cut
Milk ಹಾಲು — 2 cups
Sugar ಸಕ್ಕರೆ — 5 tablespoons
Cardamom ಏಲಕ್ಕಿ — 3 crushed
Dry fruits ಒಣ ಹಣ್ಣುಗಳು
Ghee ತುಪ್ಪ 2 spoons

Method

* First wash , peel and cut carrots and with very little water cook for 2 whistles , so that it becomes soft
* Cool and make paste out of it.
* In a thick bottom pan, add little ghee , add carrot cooked and pureed and stir for 5 minutes until it starts bubbling. Now add milk and again boil for a minute..
* Now add sugar and stir well for some more time… Lastly add cardamom powder and dry fruits fried in ghee..
* Serve hot or cold..
